因為我真係幾鍾意食意大利菜,所以今次就黎到位於中環SOHO區既The Italian Club,由上環站E出口一路行上去到PMQ元創坊附近就好易搵到。因為放假既關係,我六點半就黎到,天都未黑。黎到門口,有個講英文既外籍店員好有禮貌咁帶我上二樓用膳。上到樓上,因為時間尚早,雖然客人唔多,但係見到唔少座位已留座,所以建議大家先book枱留座。呢張圓枱啱哂三五知己黎聚會。仲有D長枱可以俾一大班人放工過黎飲下酒食下野。早黎就未有人坐,食食下野既時候,好快就成間餐廳坐滿食客啦!呢到燈光暗暗地,好有情調,枱上面仲有盞燈,而且酒杯、餐具等整齊地放好,西餐就係要咁!一坐低,店員好快就過黎斟welcome drink,同埋fill麪包條。welcome drink係white sparkling Prosecco,係Italian white wine,飲落冰涼清新,酒味唔會太濃,唔驚影響陣間品嚐食物既味道,都幾適合女仔飲。而麪包條又香又暖,枱面有黑醋、橄欖油可以用黎點麵包條,我個人好鍾意點黑醋,唔會好酸,味道啱啱好,好好味!Fassona Beef Tartare︰本身自己對全生既牛肉都有點抗拒,但係

Fassona Beef Tartare︰本身自己對全生既牛肉都有點抗拒,但係黎到一於就試下。D牛肉用刀剁成細粒,用洋蔥粒等調味好,食落滿有洋蔥香味,質感好滑身彈牙,咬落充滿肉汁,每碟仲附有吐司同埋沙律菜。原來生牛肉係幾好味。

將烤炙過後的tomino cheese切成兩半後,會見到芝士處於半溶既柔軟狀態,食落好soft,唔會一黎就濃烈既味道,反而係淡淡既芝士香味慢慢充斥整個口腔,難得地輕鬆食完整個而唔會覺得好「漏」!

Margherita︰呢個係我地煩惱緊食邊款pizza既時候,店員推介俾我地既。餅底唔會烘焗到好硬,上面鋪有新鮮既水牛芝士同埋鮮紅既意式蕃茄醬,兩者好match,少許既橄欖油同埋羅勒令整個pizza倍添美味!

USDA Certified Black Angus, USA : Rib-eye︰眼見餐廳入面有唔少人都有叫呢碟,所以一定要試下!美國黑安格斯穀飼至少150日既肉眼扒由熱石板作底,放上枱面時仍吱吱作響,不停為牛扒升溫,迅速香氣撲鼻。

立即叉起一塊黎試試,未與熱石面接觸既一面仍呈現粉紅色,因為穀飼既關係,牛肉脂肪比例較多,充滿油香,入口有嚼勁卻軟腍。

就咁食塊肉眼扒已經好滋味,但餐廳卻用心預備咗四款醬汁。四款都係用橄欖油作底,各有特色,為牛扒帶來唔同層次既調味!

Traditional Tiramisu︰Tiramisu係意大利出名既甜品,所以點黎作今晚既總結。朱古力粉鋪面,下面係柔滑既意大利cream cheese Mascarpone包裹住浸咗espresso既手指餅,比起出面食既更軟滑,較特別,好好味!

係難得放假既一日,入咗一間好有情調既餐廳入面,食咗一餐咁美味既意大利菜,真係感覺到人生真係好美好!
