To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中秋佳節正日buffet

今日中秋正日，我哋第二次中秋節黎食自助餐，因為貪佢唔洗諗，唔洗煮，唔洗洗碗，仲要食咩都得，食到飽飽亦得!我哋揸車黎機場附近，就見到酒店，酒店有免費及代客泊車，唔洗等位，一落車就得!此外我幾鐘意個view ，望到機場客運大樓，入夜幾靚，而且哩度服務不錯，見有小朋友就派mini珍寶珠俾佢哋，小朋友&大人都好開心!哩度啲生蠔任夾，唔似某啲酒店每次限攞2隻，不過哩度啲生蠔就細隻左啲，不過過下口癮，食返10隻8隻都唔會有人罵，真係唔錯!而且 哩間難得有菠蘿做水果，我鐘意食!此外，仲有夠喊味夠大隻嘅長腳蟹，真係好好味!仲有湯都好飲，這裡不錯! 可睇相就知仲有咩食，當然最後有食出名H字頭嘅雪糕啦！好滿足呀！
