To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於朗屏邨呢間稻香超大間,坐極都唔滿甘!是晚中秋節正日,大部分客人都點套餐。餐牌小菜價格不貴,5x~6x左右,還是單點吧!脆皮咕嚕肉 $65份量一般,色澤不討好。做唔到脆皮效果,ok 汁調味過稀。菇菌燒豆腐 $68荷蘭豆夠脆口,燒豆腐份量都挺多,掛到汁不錯!干煸四季豆 $58炒四季豆的味道是不錯,但是干煸四季豆就是要食到豆豉的咸香味,完全不是這回事。楊州炒飯 $88一碟夠全家四口食嘅炒飯炒飯夠乾身,都足料,只係蝦仁亳無味道而且肉質唔爽口。屬於隱藏菜單,餐牌沒有提及!但我見隔離枱食緊,一問之下就話有炒飯。燒味併盤 $108做節不成文規定總是要食燒味。已包括兩個冷盤,可惜雞絲粉皮沒有雞絲!10月份特價之選 朝日啤酒大支裝 $13.8!
