又到中秋節啦!今晚友人帶我黎到Kerry hotel食熟成牛扒!呢間餐廳有落地玻璃望出去就係維港夜景,再加上中秋的月亮,畫面真的很美!餐廳雪櫃內會見到多款熟成牛肉,看過餐牌後我們每人點了一款主菜再加飲品!點菜後,店員會先上麵包,麵包有法包及核桃包,配有牛油,枱上也有醋及橄欖油!Dry-aged Ribeye Steak,呢款Ribeye點了5成熟,沒有整得過熟,牛扒肉質鬆軟,唔會好肥,食落味道跟平時的牛扒有點唔同,帶點像臘腸的味道,很特別的味道!牛扒還配上3款不同的鹽,包括海鹽、火山鹽和紫菜鹽,另外亦有醬汁可以點!個人覺得配鹽食更能食到牛的原味!Prawn,Mushroom and Broccoli Stuffed Dry-aged Chicken Breast,唔只係熟成牛,雞都有!呢款胸內釀有蝦肉、西蘭花、蘑菇,蝦肉彈牙,配上雞肉一齊口感好特別!雞肉嫩滑,好香雞味!配上多款蔬菜,感覺清新!Peach & Lychee Bubble,呢款飲品好香荔枝味,加上有梳打水,飲落有好fresh的感覺!呢間餐廳景靚野食又高質,值得再黎!
