To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

提前慶祝中秋節, 食了一個少少豪華的午餐.十二點九去到, 學生們仲未放學, 店內大把卡位可以坐, 三個人安排了個大卡位, 非常舒服入到店內, 先要求掃碼及量體溫.點了個午市套餐, 有燒三文魚/ 蟹柳 / 鰻魚 /  三件炸蝦卷, 共六件. 還有燉蛋 / 牛肉烏冬 / 沙律,  份量十足, 所以食物都係經小火車送來, 小朋友一定好喜歡.睇了一下單點的價錢,  大約就是點了六件壽司加牛肉烏冬,  沙律及燉蛋可以算係免費送的雖然明天才是中秋節, 但今天算係提早食了一個豐富的中秋節午餐
