話說我發覺我冇寫過中菜嘅食評,最近又想試呢間嘅下午茶,所以就分別叫咗兩個燒味雙拼瀨粉,順便攞嚟寫食評。呢個係我叫嘅,有豉油雞同燻蹄。豉油雞同其他舖頭差唔多,唔算滑(唔知係唔係部位問題),有淡淡地嘅豉油味。我覺得今次叫嘅燒味入面,燻蹄係最好食嘅。非常爽口,而且味道啱啱好,唔會太淡或者太鹹。瀨粉好普通,都係淡淡地嘅湯加啲爽爽地嘅瀨粉囉。呢個係啊媽叫嘅,有燒腩仔同燒鵝。燒腩仔係令我最失望嘅,已經凍咗,啲皮一啲都脆,仲要超級鹹。燒鵝都冇想像中咁好食,因為都係凍咗。呢度可以再嚟,燒味唔可以話好好食或者好難食,抵食程度唔錯。今次試過嘅燒味入面,最值得一試嘅係燻蹄。如果我下次再嚟,我應該會試叉燒,自己本身鐘意食,加上網落幾正。
