星期六晚上,一家人想食好啲,去到港島區呢間勝記,一嘗正宗中菜嘅口味。勝記即燒乳豬, 入口鬆化香脆,加些少乳豬醬,連同軟熟嘅包點一齊食,倍感滋味。而龍躉兩味亦係愛魚之人必點,龍躉片經油泡後,味道更香,而魚肉夠厚身,品嚐到結實嘅魚身時,魚皮膠感豐盈,可以同時係女士滋補之選添。蒸龍躉當然亦不失美味,雖然無龍躉片咁啖啖肉,但係蒸出嚟嘅魚汁非常配合送飯,而龍躉件亦可以食到魚皮、魚骨周邊嘅精華,鮮味十足,質素非常上乘。
