呢款菜式令人諗起分子料理, 以龍躉背同埋專蘆卡蜂蜜共同製成嘅仿叉燒, 賣相都幾神似, 口感實肉唔鞋, 做到真叉燒梳梳肉嘅質感; 而表面掃上專蘆卡蜂蜜, 甜甜地, 尤其邊緣位刻意燒濃, 食落有dd焦香, 正!

呢個湯羹同樣足料, 加入了金古魚肉、頂級牙揀片翅, 啖啖食到豐富食材, 而且加咗大量薑 (但口感食唔出), 鮮香得黎, 又有搶口感, 層次超豐富。

芝麻甜辣鵪鶉: 
鵪鶉炸皮超薄, 平均沾上甜辣汁, 再灑上芝麻。一咬脆得有聲, 鵪鶉超嫩滑多汁, 炸皮上甜辣汁稍為辣咗d, 偏重口味, 還好有墊底脆卜卜嘅窩巴, 平衡到些少辣度。

黑糖檸檬柚子雪糕球上檯時再加上少量琴酒, 令味道更為濃郁; 雪糕夾集咗柚子皮, 而雪糕整體味道有如奶茶味, 幾正。
