今晚去咗一個好玩有趣的地方,銅鑼灣嘅Shining Bar & Restaurant 係一間中菜酒吧,一般酒吧餐廳都係食西菜,啱胃口又有創意,裏面仲有啤酒乒乓等酒吧遊戲枱任用。中式菜式與酒吧的配合有咩食呢?餐牌都好豐厚,海鮮都有,我哋諗住飲 mocktail,所以點咗呢啲菜。先講飲品,第一杯 Berries Party,成份有雜莓糖漿、新鮮青檸及梳打水。另一杯 Hea Ha,是椰子糖漿、新鮮青檸汁及新鮮菠蘿汁混合。兩杯都非常清甜可口。心水推薦必吃呢款「酒香威士忌鵝肝」,出場又有睇頭,煙燻吹氣波波,爆咗煙燻湧出,下面杯是威士忌,便充滿煙熏味,然後倒落鵝肝上面吃,鵝肝配威士忌,入口充滿煙燻香,舌頭有辣辣地嘅酒味,加埋青瓜一齊食,極爽!真係超正。「金莎椒鹽白飯魚」好食又好玩,用而家好流行嘅 shake shake,自己混合燒烤粉或土匪粉調味,很惹味,食到不能停口。「沙拉骨」大大件,肉質很肥美,很嫩一啲都唔韌。「生啫馬拉盞通菜」脆嫩。加兩碗白飯兩個人啱啱好。值得一提呢度有兩間私人房,星期一至四最低消費分別只係$2800或$4800,可以容10至12人,相當抵玩。
