To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五晚，約了好久不見的朋友來到黃埔行街，地鐵開通後都是第一次相約黃埔，真的方便了很多!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻約左7點半，早到左少少就入去坐位先，都不用等位😊到齊就點了：1）乳鴿2隻乳鴿即叫即整，好香脆美味，必食之選，都好大隻多肉！2）涼瓜班腩煲到茶餐廳食飯，叫煲類都比較穩陣，但這班腩偏濃味有點鹹，配上涼瓜可以平衡番。3）羅漢齋樣樣都肉類，所以叫番個齋清清地，平衡番唔好食太多肉。4）燒鵝燒味都係隱陣我選擇，燒鵝色澤好美，味道都很好！5）椒鹽排骨熱辣辣煮好出來，急不及待品嚐一舊，掛骨十分香脆可口，外面有少少脆。整體：碟碟餸都好吸引，美味可口！
