To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食過金記冰室都知食物水準算優質,而且足料分量食得超值,都係我心水飯堂首選之一,今次又來到九龍塘呢間金記冰室敍餐,係餐牌上已有一系列精選菜式提供,由中式小菜以至港味小食夠晒多元化,是日晚餐就點了一款中式同一個鐵板套餐一齊大家品嚐美食,先來係有四川重慶口水雞(倒牌),味道香辣味濃風味十足,入口啖啖肉質香嫩雞肉,加上沾滿四川重慶辣醬汁,會越食越滋味,輪到另一款係鐵板美式什扒連意粉,淋上濃郁黑椒汁係鐵板上,即時香味撲鼻,美式什扒有齊牛扒、豬扒、雞扒、煙肉、腸仔,可以一次滿足到大家食慾,當然要點杯特色飲品雪糕紅豆冰,繼續一邊飲一邊食先至係一餐完美晚飯。
