To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日好隨意咁樣就同朋友去咗中環威靈頓街一間新派食齋嘅餐廳“Root Vegan 本原"。估唔到又幾有驚喜喎。 頭盤我哋點咗一個“鹽酥蔬菜綜合拼盤“$78。 有秋葵,蓮藕,秀珍菇,同埋羽衣甘藍 。全部都炸到熱辣辣卜卜脆。尤其羽衣甘藍脆到好似薯片咁樣爽爽脆脆,口感十足。 另外秋葵都炸得好出色, 咸咸脆脆好易入口。 其實只要做得好嘅話蔬菜都可以好食。 主菜方面我哋就嗌咗一個 “擔擔炒意粉$118“係一個好大膽嘅中西合璧 ,炒意粉辣辣地但係一般人都接受到 ,個意粉好香入口有少少辣醬同花生醬味道,配搭意粉感覺幾新鮮。 飲品方便我哋就嗌咗 “蝶豆花綠茶“$28同埋“青檸梳打“$28。兩杯嘢飲都係比較淡口,但係非常之清新,而且價錢合理。 另外店舖亦都有好多手作麵包,奈何兩個都食量不大,希望下次會有機會一事究竟。餐廳嘅裝修行簡約風, 環境光猛坐得幾舒服幾啱傾偈吹水。
