一家五口大年初一去完西環拜年,之後諗住喺附近搵間酒樓食飯,不過當然係fully booked啦,於是媽媽就建議不如食buffet,估計新年應該唔多人揀西餐既,如是拿拿淋打黎book枱,又真係仲有位喎!7點黎到,都差唔多爆場,呢度放左好多新春佈置添加氣氛,而更有心思嘅係,佢哋特別加入左好多中式菜式迎合新春主題,好似坐低無耐就會奉上每位一客迷你佛跳牆同一客迷你盆菜,迷你佛跳牆好足料,有花膠又有鮑魚,而迷你盆菜有蝦有鵝掌,令到成餐都好中式好地道。另外有幾道美食,侍應會逐一去每枱落order,然後一一奉上枱,都係任食嘅,包括炸蟹鉗、蘿蔔糕炒蟹、臘味糯米飯同豉蒜粉絲蒸帶子,唔知係咪前面嘅食客叫得太狠,黎到我地果枱已經無晒炸蟹鉗,於是就幫我地轉做炸蠔~個炸蠔就認真中伏,非常麻麻,炸粉好厚,不吃也罷~其他值得食嘅我會話係乳鴿,好入味、肉質嫩,熱騰騰,食多幾隻回本無難度。甜品方面亦頗有心思,有印上福字嘅macaroon,好搶手下,雪糕係haagen dazs,又有香滑豆腐花,呢個價錢for年初一食大餐,算相當唔錯~
