星期五下班,外籍老闆突然想吃中菜,但要環境好的,大排檔又坐不習慣,看網上推薦這家餐廳,由英籍大廚煮中菜,於是就來了吃飯。環境挺高檔的,餐具擺放整齊,服務不錯。點了招牌香酥鴨跟薄餅,蝦仁酸辣湯和咖喱薯條。蝦仁酸辣湯作為餐前湯,有蝦仁,香菇,肉絲等配料。料足,味道酸酸的,濃濃的酸醋味道,十分開胃。來個小吃咖喱薯條,我覺的這裡的咖喱十分香濃。遠處已聞到濃郁的咖喱味道,薯條厚切粗壯,占以咖喱,十分好吃。招牌香酥鴨跟薄餅,香酥鴨腿在你面前拆肉,手法乾淨利索,十分熟練。把肉占以甜醬,青瓜絲,用薄餅皮包裹著,像吃片皮鴨的吃法,啖啖肉,香脆而不膩。老闆幾年前回來香港創立了這餐飲品牌,親自料理不同中菜,很多時後與客人交流,講解每道菜的特色。
