The crystal ice salad leaves were juicy, with a unique crisp to it. The Argentinian red prawns were fresh and plump, which went well with the savoury sesame dressing

呢個一上檯已經聞到濃烈嘅龍蝦味🥹 醬汁質感厚杰，入口先有濃郁嘅龍蝦膏香氣🦞 之後就係一絲絲蟹肉嘅鮮味同鹹香🦀️ 配多士食可以同時感受香脆嘅口感同精華豐腴嘅醬汁，層次感十足😋
Lobster paste was flavourful, with strips of fresh crab meat that made it an umami explosion. The saltiness was offset by the crunchy toast.

意大利常見嘅家庭料理，呢到就跟足曬傳統食譜🇮🇹 醬汁唔會加入忌廉，材料以雞蛋同芝士為主，所以每條意粉都掛著濃杰，香滑濃郁個蛋黃汁🥚 佢地亦會先將西班牙火腿同蒜先爆香，鹹香味十足，鹽都無落架🥳
They used the traditional recipe, which uses fresh yolk instead of cream. The pasta was al dente and could hold on to the sauce really well.
