與好友共敍，一個想吃中菜一個要吃西餐，百思之下炊公館應該是個理想的聚腳點。先來些許點心開開胃口。少不了的經典孖寶蝦餃燒賣，都蒸得透徹，肉鮮味美；而以澄麵皮包著爽口蔬菜粒及竹笙的素餃口感更為豐富，調味恰當，我們都認為可以媲美高級中菜廳的水平。鮮蝦車厘茄扁意粉是一道清爽的意粉，意粉嚼勁甚佳，蝦肉彈牙，配上了數顆車厘茄更添一份清新感，整體乾淨俐落。另一碟菠菜麵則較為濃香，每條麵也滲出強烈的黑松露味，大大隻的菇烤得既香且軟，上上之選。中菜西菜同樣出色，一次過滿足晒兩個願望！
