To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 九龍塘用餐,若不介意從港鐵站步行一段路的話,可以走到去建新中心。這天晚上,就去了金記冰室用餐。餐廳可以使用二維碼落單,也可以請侍應過來幫忙。這天不太肚餓,所以沒有點飯餐,但又被不同類型的食物吸引,於是組成了以下一個相當奇怪的組合:金記生炸雞髀配沙律雞髀即叫即炸,所以需要一點時間,但勝在熱騰騰的,最有滋味,外邊香脆,內裏保留了雞肉肉汁和嫩滑口感。沙律冰冷的觸感和熱騰騰的炸髀形成強烈對比,份量夠多,確保飽肚。加配餐湯上品人蔘雞湯人蔘香味四溢,感覺非常健康。湯料非常充足,真材實料。味道清甜,值回票價。黑牛朱古力雪糕配上可口可樂,滋味滿分,相信是大人小朋友也會很喜歡的一款飲品和甜品。能夠有這麼中西合璧的一餐,大概只能在冰室找到。
