To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日再次同朋友黎到葵廣掃食～今次終於肯去試新嘢、唔再只係食章魚燒、手卷啦xd我地去左位於2樓嘅貓麵～佢主打麻辣三寶麵、手撕雞同埋原條鰻魚麵聽人講過呢間既手撕雞唔錯，所以就選擇佢啦手撕雞可搭配冷麵、薯粉或粉皮- 我哋選擇左試平比較少見既粉皮- 餸有好多好多款，我地就揀左加中華沙拉和青瓜- 醬汁足足有八款，有平常比較少見既、我都唔知係咩味既已是風情醬、秘制貓麵麻辣醬等等   我哋就唔冒險啦，選擇咗上海胡麻醬- 面既份量不多，大約係兩包冷麵嘅量，以呢個價錢黎講係有d令人失望既- 反而配料就落得好足，係抵讚既- 粉皮雖然厚身同爽口，但係唔夠黏un，冇咩口感- 手撕雞多肥多皮，實際雞肉就比較少，亦都醃得比較鹹好鍾意食碳水化合物既版主表示望住佢餸比麵多心理極度不平衡整體覺得性價比不高，用呢個價錢可以買到更多、更高質素嘅美食

手撕雞可搭配冷麵、薯粉或粉皮
- 我哋選擇左試平比較少見既粉皮
- 餸有好多好多款，我地就揀左加中華沙拉和青瓜
- 醬汁足足有八款，有平常比較少見既、我都唔知係咩味既已是風情醬、秘制貓麵麻辣醬等等
