Have read in other reviews that service was disappointing, thankfully I was met with a really nice server and had a positive experience. They even went the extra mile of offering us a further 50% off to make up for having us seated at the bar table! Was very surprised by their gesture of goodwill and really appreciate it! 之前睇其他食評，見到有人評論佢哋服務嫲嫲，我本來都有啲擔心，好彩我嗰日撞正嘅服務員招呼好好。好驚

Very generous portion size, with at least 2-3 whole scallops served! Quality was fresh but would suggest eating the scallops with the sweet corn mousse underneath as it’s sweetness balanced out the saltiness of the scallops. 帶子新鮮，份量都唔少，薄片加埋有兩至三粒。不過味道偏鹹，加埋底部甜甜嘅粟米蓉一齊食，味道比較平衡。

🍳Slow cooked egg with Iberico ham and black truffle foam🍳

The egg was cooked to perfection, and delicious when mixed with the creamy potato mousse and iberico ham slices. Couldn’t really identify any truffle flavour though. 溫泉蛋有留心，同薯蓉、火腿好夾，不過就唔覺有松露味。

I love paellas! This one had more broth and was more soupy than usual. It has a strong taste of chorizo, seafoods were fresh and the dish was well seasoned overall. Not it wasn’t breathtaking.我好鍾意食西班牙海鮮飯，今次啲花比較多汁，好香西班牙辣肉腸你，海鮮都夠新鮮整體夠味，不過唔係太驚喜。

🧀 Basque style cheesecake with strawberries sorbet 🍰

Was quite surprised by the texture of this cheesecake, it has a light, soft, fluffy texture, which resembles a japanese style cheesecake. The sorbet tasted more like raspberry flavour than strawberry. Regardless, it was dessert and there’s no better way to end a meal than with something sweet🥰 甜品控食飯梗係要有甜品啦，不過佢哋嘅芝士蛋糕比較日式，質感輕型軟熟。不過只要係甜品，我都一定鍾意😂
