行過好多次都無食過,今日終於去試一次。等位等左十五分鐘左右。入到去坐到個單邊位,都幾好。叫左豬軟骨烏冬、燒玉子、雜錦天婦羅同埋蝦竹輪掛烏冬。燒玉子熱熱地,味道ok但有d 鞋....豬軟骨烏冬,個碗真係好大,但係半碗烏冬都無。有四舊豬軟骨,但一d都唔軟。我老婆數過總共有16條烏冬。我飲左啖湯好似淡左些少。蝦竹輪掛烏冬都係碗大料少。蝦無乜鮮味。烏冬幾滑有些少粉香。我以為所謂掛烏冬係類似撈烏冬,佢係跟左一支汁,但其實係湯。碗大烏冬少湯又稀都掛唔到,我覺得淡,都係要落d 鹽 (有一支橙橙黃黃的好似岩鹽咁),加左好味好多。雜錦天婦羅,有兩隻蝦,南瓜、蕃薯、茄子同冬菇各一。天婦羅粉大多,而且油油地。亦都係無乜味,要加料先得。埋單$141又唔算好貴,但又無想像中咁好食。如果再去試會要個淨烏冬,加隻溫泉蛋響面.....
