To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上個星期同屋企人去咗囍慶酒家食飯。我哋叫咗龍蝦伊麵、片皮鴨、時菜同老火湯。龍蝦伊麵嘅龍蝦新鮮度一般，唔算特別出色。不過，佢哋煮嘅伊麵係好彈牙嘅，食落去有嚼勁。湯底亦都唔錯，味道鮮美，帶嚟少少海鮮嘅香味。整體嚟講，呢碟龍蝦伊麵係算可以，不過冇咩令人驚艷嘅感覺至於片皮鴨，味道算係還可以，但係唔算好好食。皮脆肉嫩，不過少咗啲鴨香味。個鴨肉略嫌乾，唔夠滋潤。我覺得呢道菜有啲缺乏特色，冇咩特別之處老火湯係我地嘅一個亮點。用料好足，有雞肉、豬骨同埋各種中藥材。湯熬得好濃郁，味道鮮美，喝落去好滋補尤其喺寒冷嘅天氣飲，真係好舒服。總括嚟講，我覺得囍慶酒家嘅性價比普通。食物質素中規中矩，冇乜驚喜。不過，餐廳嘅服務都幾好，員工態度友善，有禮貌。至於位置，確實係有啲偏僻，唔太方便
