To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係上環食lunch唔知食咩好,我都會黎呢間。意粉、三文治用料新鮮，唔肥膩，健康之選。佢既咖啡都唔錯。湯方面，我最喜歡磨菇忌廉湯。一個set lunch, 份量唔會好大，對我黎講剛好，價錢比大咖啡集團既lunch set相宜得多。座位雖然少啲，但係order之後會有專人送上。搵個座位，食個lunch, 飲杯咖啡，睇下店內免費雜誌，幾舒服架。另外，公司lunch meeting，好多秘書小姐都會係度order samdwich set。不錯的選擇。
