To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同同事都諗住食壽司，就近近地嚟呢間日本菜試下，1:00pm入座，不用等位。位置不算寬敞，不過地方都乾淨。叫左一個$68午餐壽司套餐，另外在配有麵豉湯，再加一個迷你湯烏冬，份量足夠。壽司比較大件，亦好抵食，不過略為唔夠凍，只是室溫溫度。不過以呢個價錢而言就抵食嘅。另外，壽司豉油好咸。同事叫咗一個叉燒拉麵，豬骨湯濃，叉燒味濃，不過唔係正宗日式拉麵店味道。肥肉位置唔冧，咬唔開，肉質位置還好。拉麵正常，幼身，軟硬適中。
