To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

提早系APP度book到位，有得攞85折。餐食款式其实冇想象中咁多。佢哋最吸引嘅应该就系波龙🦞啦。一只一分为二，壳肉容易分离，口感自然比唔到鲜活🦞冇乜味道，需要自己配搭酱汁。冰鲜虾🦐螺🐚，新鲜，饱满程度唔错，肉质弹牙，冇唔好的口感。牛扒……同IKEA不分伯仲。铁板羊架👍🏻，肥瘦均匀，煎制火候掌握恰到好处。脂肪肥而不腻，肌纤维瘦而不柴。最中意嘅系离开生蚝，size不算大，但即开即食，新鲜好味。（特登问咗开蚝师傅生蚝产自🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿，唔系🇫🇷蚝）每人每次限定两个。我系松鼠套路，储够半打慢慢品尝。柠檬角，Tabasco，鸡尾酱逐个登场搭配生蚝。还有一个让我感觉唔错嘅系中式炖汤，细炖盅入面见到鸡肉块，玉竹……味道……各位试下便知👍🏻其余配角唔使一一赘述。总体嚟讲，中规中矩，500+嘅个价位，系佢度只系食到…………嗯🤔…………啱啱系食咗自助餐……但冇体会到有特色嘅嘢。75%分。
