To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實呢間唔算好貴但又唔特別平,所以要求唔會設好高有時食飯都要睇埋環境等因素去定論,這店一直好似覺得主打甜品,近年越來越全面化,又飯又扒又湯麵,各式各樣都幾多元化,今午一個人的午餐點了香茅豬扒太陽蛋飯$52其實如果有2塊咁厚又算大塊嘅豬扒我收貨,首先賣相都幾靚仔,一碗白飯份量上面有隻煮得幾好嘅太陽蛋,如果係燶邊蛋就仲正豬扒香茅味唔算好重,但半煮半炸都幾香口,厚肉多汁,仲有少少甜豉油去提味,伴邊有少量烚菜
