To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這次回來,想再享受一下之前的秘製乳豬臘腸炒飯,雖然當時的味道令人印象深刻,但價錢確實偏高。這次計劃試試新的菜式,結果點了一碗黑松露蘑菇濃湯和一份簡單的意粉。黑松露蘑菇濃湯的香氣撲鼻而來,濃郁的口感讓人感受到黑松露的獨特風味,但似乎略顯單調,沒有太多驚喜。意粉則是中規中矩。至於飲品,酸味稍強,可能不太合我的口味,這次的用餐算不算是“跌watt”?不過,每次來這裡的最大動力,無疑是可以帶上我的愛犬一起用餐。這裡的環境友善,讓我和我的毛孩都能享受悠閒的時光。
