To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 日式燒肉好自然會諗起牛角，除咗係集團連鎖店之外，重點係因為肉既質素同服務都有番咁上下保證。星期六日假期都好多人排隊，所以唔想排隊就download 牛角apps 去網上拎飛，咁就慳番唔少時間。拎完飛大概等咗60分鐘就叫到我個number 。入到去店員都會提醒用餐時間90分鐘。今次同朋友食就慳d咁叫，牛舌，雞翼，雞腿肉，五品盛合牛胸腹等等，肉唔會好鞋口，亦都唔係未解凍，雪到硬晒肉。如果想再食好d，可以叫日本極上黑毛和牛，不過價錢都相當會比較貴，所以係牛角食燒肉真係豐儉由人。
