To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無意中發現原來牛角有下午茶午市餐牌七五折星期一至五 15:00-17:30折完之後大概$7-80就有個set有前菜沙律昆布湯一杯嘢飲一碟肉（雞肉&豬肉/ 牛肉）仲有無限追加牛角飯😍不過食咗咁多嘢之後，其實最多都只係可以食多半碗😂真係要有人share 先敢叫！ (如果唔係追加完食唔晒好樣衰）其實燒肉只係正常，我覺得個爐有d 易痴底所以好易燒燶嘢🫠如果同大埔另一間日式燒烤比肉同爐黎講係另一間win不過下午茶勝在抵食食完唔駛食dinner😂其他時段我會簡另一間

兩個人食，平日6點左右到，等咗10分鐘左右就有位🥢店內有三個套餐，包括滙豐信用卡優惠套餐，西班牙盛宴套餐同埋呢個黑毛和牛會員套餐基本上見到半間餐廳嘅人都係叫黑毛和牛餐會員價499 加正價加一沙律及前菜就唔多介紹啦，食開牛角嘅應該都食唔少燒肉盛合我哋就揀咗黑毛和牛🐄店員仲會幫手燒望落肉質唔錯，油脂分佈均勻極上海鮮盛合 好似正價都要$198，依家喺套餐裏面包埋的確幾抵✌🏻不過當日兩隻蝦⋯急凍蝦之餘，仲要解咗凍一段時間，肉質已經淋淋地😟其餘海鮮正常發揮友人夾咗幾塊雞腿肉落去燒😂肉嘅份量嚟講，絕對夠我哋兩個女仔食，男人就未必夠啦⋯厚切牛舌要讚一讚👍🏻厚度啱啱好，燒到紋格之餘又有保留肉汁，枱上仲有檸檬汁可以加兩滴食落去更正🍋最後嘅燒菠蘿更能一解燒肉嘅油膩🍍套餐連香蔥溫泉玉子飯都可免費選擇，我同友人二話不說即揀🍚呢個會員價套餐絕對會再去幫襯👐🏻多多支持留港消費嘛～兩個人埋單$600有找，都食到日本2/3嘅質素，算係去唔到日本都可頂下癮🥩

一心諗住2點半食下午茶平少少，點知初7未有。唔緊要照食午市套餐一黎到前菜係係幾舊青瓜加芝麻醬睇款都唔知擺左幾耐，一食仲苦苦地成碟…最後棄左到主菜食牛，雖則唔係話叫左好貴套餐，唔比靚肉。但出黎既質素都好好好普通，平平無奇。侍應又少，好似成間鋪都2/3個人返工做野感覺上比其他平價牛字頭既燒肉更差，下次都係食番牛角buffet，呢間就不了

牛角絕對係連鎖店最好食既燒肉之一!!!!!牛角溫泉蛋飯無得輸，配埋燒肉汁正🤤🤤🤤一定要食種類都算多，起碼海鮮類、肉類、蔬菜類、甜品類、飲品類都有得揀～用apps落單十分方便

约左朋友吃牛角，第一次去，比我感覺係普通及貴而不飽，比較食炑八韓燒，我比較喜歡炑八，炑八又送配菜，沙津，蛋，芝士粟米及生菜等，又可免費加添。牛角主食牛，但這和牛不似我在日本吃的和牛，入口即溶的感覺。五片牛舌$92，我覺不值。個海蜇柚子醋沙律，海蜇好咸。日燒vs韓燒，我like韓燒😊。還有牛角地方細，等位很久。會比會員入座先，那麼非會員咪有排等，這很不公平。待應不足，不會自動添水，服務麻麻地。不會再去了。🤔
