To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去左銅鑼灣行街，想食日本菜就帶左我黎築地食好野。餐廳位於美食集中地金百利廣場，上到去等左陣終於入座。我地鑽研左餐牌好耐，實在太多選擇。主菜方面點左牛肉野菜壽喜燒，止下火鍋癮，同埋海膽三文魚丼飯。壽喜燒份量都唔細，一個女仔食就剛好～海膽同三文魚好fresh, 海膽入口即溶，三文魚仲有油甘味，好正。朋友話牛油果軟殼蟹卷係必食，香濃牛油果味加脆卜卜軟殼蟹，果然係好食！汁燒魷魚筒就原筒上，食落好爽口。清酒煮蜆都唔錯呀，清酒好香，食完又忌想再食
