呢個驟眼看好似臭豆腐,豆腐外皮燒得香脆,好似炸臭豆腐外層嘅質感,但係咬開就唔同,呢個係非常嫩滑嘅豆腐,配上日式甜甜麵豉醬,簡單好味。
