Restaurant: Amplifier Restaurant (積福街)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

趁住天氣轉涼，今日到大圍踏單車，出發前來到Amplifier Restaurant享受一個豐富的All Day Breakfast。不講不知，原來餐廳晚上仲有live band 表演，裝潢佈置成酒吧格局，櫥窗擺設及壁畫都充滿歐陸氣息。Amplifier Breakfast $98牛角包、煎蛋、牛仔腸、薯餅、烤番茄、沙律及焗豆。完整的All Day Breakfast，擺盤亦花心思，豐富多彩，令人眼前一亮。牛角包鬆軟，香濃牛油味。烤新鮮肉茄，咬落啖啖茄肉。早餐小牛排配水波蛋、薯餅、烤番茄 $98Breakfast  steak  with  poached  egg,  hash  brown  and  grilled  tomato  牛排煎得啱啱好，牛味濃郁，肉質柔軟。值得一提係水波蛋非常出色！蛋白Q彈，蛋黃入口即化。Latte口感十分柔順， 甜度適中，咖啡表面仲有拉花🌿呢！Cappuccino有厚厚嘅奶沫，咖啡味道較濃郁，充滿綿密的感覺。焗蒜蓉包 $58熱辣辣的麵包上鋪上一層厚厚的蒜蓉和香草，香氣四溢。
