To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在香港已很少這種老牌西餐廳, 午餐的價格相宜, 低於100蚊,味道不錯。有梳化椅,木枱子,60年代的歌曲。今天午餐只有兩枱客,希望可以維持下去。 今天八十幾蚊已經有前菜沙律, 一個手撕雞飯, 份量很大, 還有咖啡 , 餐廳裏氣氛很好, 很悠閒, 可以在這裏休息一個下午。

已經係依一年內試過10次,坦白說,而家個年代可以保持一個水準係好難得嘅事⋯⋯另外,特別想讚吓幾位侍應生員工都保持住由心而發嘅服務👍👍工作勤力,請到好員工要好好珍惜 🤣 我眼見佢地真係盡心盡力,好希望呢段評語比佢哋管理層見到,我相信依間公司管理層都應該有一定嘅功勞。真心讚、值得推介👍P.S 本人第一次係依個平台留言讚 😜

Amplifier,之前到過旺角店吃晚餐,後來因結業了,也試過到大圍分店吃晚餐。印象最深刻的是他的乳豬,不過這間餐廳總體晚餐偏貴。周日經過見到有lunch set ,價錢合理,性價比極高,包餐湯或沙律加主菜,還有飲品,大概都是$200左右。🍄由於帶了狗狗,所以安排坐在室外,但環境也很不錯,夠安靜。店員小姐姐也很愛狗。🍄是日精選沙律🍄另一個餐我們選擇是日精選湯🍄為食的我們又想試青口,便以優惠價叫了份青口。醬汁非常Creamy,很入味。本來老公不好青口,吃完也愛上了。🍄西冷牛扒🍄炭燒美國豬鞍扒午餐來說,價錢合宜,且presentation很精緻,總來說性價比幾高。加上連週末也有做lunch set,是會願意回頭再吃的😛

主菜難食,仲要每人四百幾幾,唔值。大家唔好去。今個禮拜四 12月19日星期四 ,約咗朋友去興祝生日同預祝聖誕節。見評論都有二百幾個:讚,覺得應該唔伏。點咗set dinner , appetizer 青口,同湯都好。點知一上主菜: 豬肩同另一朋友叫嘅 rib eye steak ⋯⋯豬肩以為生生哋,就無咁鞋,點知好鞋,無乜味,生嘅部份仲切唔開。好難食。好多根。朋友嘅肉眼,mid ware :佢話:好鞋,根本咬唔開⋯⋯

由旺角搬到大圍的西餐廳,一直都有小小名氣,今晚同家人聚會選擇左黎間餐廳,叫左晚市套餐,有新鮮生蠔、Parma Ham、非常嫩口的手撕雞松子沙津作前菜,主食是黑松露野菌意大利飯,口感非常Creamy,啖啖黑松露醬汁,當然吾小得佢地招牌菜威靈頓牛扒,一層香脆可口的酥皮包住牛扒,配上醬料,味道十分不錯
