燒原骨牛骨髓,挑出油潤半透明的骨髓伴著脆脆蒜蓉品嚐,香口帶牛油甜美,獨特的味道。燒豬仔髀,烤肉芳香,炆豬肉的軟塾亦不失彈性,豬肉甜味沒能被香料所掩蓋。燒羊架,薄薄燒得乾身,不肥不油不膩,鬆化的肉質沒特別。
香烤燒雞翼,原來係單骨雞翼。驚喜的不乾不鞋,彈滑帶黏。肥美鳳脂甘香雞皮包著嫩滑白肉,肉汁滴滴,醃味非凡。燒鴨舌,飽滿脆口滑滑,打個茄輪心情舒暢。
鹽燒鵪鶉髀,搶心名物經常沽清!有緣就會品嚐得到。迷你雀腿一塞一抽,骨肉分離盡留嘴仔內慢慢細味!雀肉清甜,落味恰到好處不過份,皮滑油潤,肉質富彈性,皮肉齊趙打得火熱,互相輝映。香烤鵝肝,來貨原隻鵝肝再由師傅親自操刀開貨,比其他食肆更厚身更夠份量!兩面烤得焦香深褐色,實在的口感,油潤閃令令,甘甜羶香。
燒本地新鮮雞子,最緊要烤得表面焦糖化,更香甜味美!外脆內軟,裡面濕濕多汁,充滿天然蛋香,鮮氣勃勃。擘大口一啖一串,豪爽闊綽趙得高潮迭起!加拿大濕式熟成牛西冷,我較偏向原件送到親手分割,雖然廚師代切會更方便進食。原汁原味 9 成熟還留有一絲粉紅。牛味溫和,落味輕淡,軟腍帶肉汁,純樸簡單,搭著牛脂同吃會更加可口,未端及邊位有點凍。
惹味香蒜燒蠔,豪不吝嗇重重地鋪上辣椒蒜蓉,整件蠔肉連醬汁一滴不漏釀入口!辛甜帶咸的蒜蓉有著少少辣椒,醒腦開胃,還有蠔肉爆出鮮味,使得我食指大動連掃半打!燒 M4 和牛前腿肉,廚師推介頂級滿分!無可抗拒無從挑剔。牛味香醇濃濃,有嚼勁有肉汁,天然牛甜味加少少調味,提鮮無限!最尾粒有點凍唔夠熱。
燒澳洲帶子,厚厚彈彈白雪雪,滲出微量海鮮甜,加上辣粉更點生氣,不過最後一粒有點凍。燒本地新鮮雞腎,薄切猛火快燒更爽脆,甜辣咸合體進攻,食得過!燒本地新鮮雞冠,深藏不露爽到飛起,雖沒什麼味道,辣粉點綴不過不失。
燒潮汕牛丸,她來自潮州!爆汁牛味特別濃郁芳香,少少彈少少嚥韌。燒潮汕墨魚丸,驟眼看以為係巨形帶子,笑死我倆喇!彈彈結實,墨魚味非凡,真材實料不粉口,優質。

燒娃娃菜,鮮爽翠綠,甜菜汁撞咸豉油,整片大大塊享用,美味極了!烤原隻芝士蒜蓉大啡菇雙色非偶然,師傅自己調配兩款芝士一軟一硬各具特色!淡淡咸香芝士捲著爽彈蘑菇,爆汁菇味強烈可口。燒鮮冬菇,簡單食材簡單烹調不用花巧,菇有菇味,好!燒原條茄子,用蒜蓉厚厚地將茄子包得密不透風,捲起一梳梳茄子肉夾埋濃味香蒜,那有不好吃的理由。
