又夠光漣,質感都唔錯,師傅控制火侯夠準確,

餐廳既手工啤賣點係百分百以麥芽釀製,
標榜無添加任造人造防腐劑同添加劑,接近天然,
品種亦多,今次試左兩隻,分別以唔同啤酒象徵
日本傳統顏色,Beniaka就代表"紅赤",
Shikkoku就代表"漆黑",兩者入口有種淡香,
濃郁既麥味,配埋串燒無得彈呀!
