元朗呢個地方,對我黎講真係有啲遠😅不過我都成日聽到朋友話呢度有好多好野食今日難得黎開元朗,一早搵定地方食晚飯上網見到呢間野川拉麵幾受歡迎除咗拉麵,亦有串燒同小食😋所以就決定黎試下!餐廳有拉麵同烏冬食,而烏冬亦分稻庭湯烏冬同讚崎手打烏冬兩款無論係拉麵定烏冬,都有得自選湯底!有辣,有唔辣個人鐘意粗身少少既讚崎烏冬,貪佢彈牙啲所以最後揀左自家制豬軟骨讚崎手打烏冬!而湯底我就揀左芝士湯底湯底:唔會好咸,清得黎有芝士味烏冬:夠彈牙,有咬口, 啲烏冬上面有溶緊既芝士😍 鐘意佢夠多芝士,但係唔會好咸, 亦唔會有好膩既感覺!豬軟骨: 真心覺得啲豬軟骨好好味 好多時啲豬軟骨都煮得唔夠"淋" 呢度完全無呢個問題! 煮得夠"淋"之餘,亦都夠入味! 最重要係啲豬軟骨夠多!🐷 唔會剩係得一兩舊only 配料: 比起出面啲拉麵烏冬,我覺得佢啲配料算多 我好鐘意食糖心蛋😍 出面大部分餐廳

湯底:唔會好咸,清得黎有芝士味
烏冬:夠彈牙,有咬口,
啲烏冬上面有溶緊既芝士😍
鐘意佢夠多芝士,但係唔會好咸,
亦唔會有好膩既感覺!
豬軟骨: 真心覺得啲豬軟骨好好味
好多時啲豬軟骨都煮得唔夠"淋"
呢度完全無呢個問題!
煮得夠"淋"之餘,亦都夠入味!
最重要係啲豬軟骨夠多!🐷
唔會剩係得一兩舊only
配料: 比起出面啲拉麵烏冬,我覺得佢啲配料算多
我好鐘意食糖心蛋😍
出面大部分餐廳都要加錢先有糖心蛋,
呢度配料已經包一隻!
呢度無切開隻蛋,係完整一隻上,
所以唔係好顯眼🤣
糖心蛋入面真係糖心的!唔會熟灑

食串燒,要飲啲酒先夠盡興,
我叫左杯hoegaarden 飲
呢度都有好多款酒,有sake, 黑啤,梅酒等等
就算唔飲酒,都有特別既日本綠茶可樂、蘋果梳打等


總括來說,我覺得餐廳整體唔錯,
款式夠多元化!上菜好快
無影到店舖入面,
細細既小店裝修有啲日本居酒屋既風味

唯獨是坐座有啲迫,枱較細,
如果食串燒,張枱好快會俾攻陷🤣
