食啲咩真係一個世紀難題,同老婆一齊諗食咩已經變為係一個娛樂,黎到依間「燒串煲」,故其名串燒加火煱,聽到都覺得正。串燒款式包羅萬有,唔怕無野啱食,蜜燒雞全翼,唔好意為係普通野,燒到金黃皮脆肉嫩無翻咁上下心機都唔得。日式雞泡魚干,夠咬口,加上沙律醬,野味滿分💯日本墨魚筒,墨魚鮮味配日式醬汁加上師傅手細,好食到不得了,重點推介。鹽燒黑椒牛舌,牛味十足,爽口彈牙。精選安格斯牛粒,牛嘅香味爆燈,加上燒到啱啱好,每一淡都有肉汁滲出,簡直停唔到口。令人難忘係燒菜心,兩公婆恰同抄都試得多,但燒都係第一次試,令人意外係燒完重有好多水份,咬落去菜水爆發,令人振驚。整體黎講,係好食嘅,因為菜心令我感到驚喜,期待下次試埋個火煱
