同朋友係將軍澳沿海旁散步, 順便係附近搵咗間餐廳食下野, chill下。果然今晚呢間餐廳嘅串燒唔錯~【厚切牛舌芯】HK$58 x 2 =$116牛舌芯很有肉汁, 爽得黎又唔會韌, 加咗少少薑蔥, 平均一下油膩, 又惹味, 正!【雞胸軟骨】HK$38雞肉跟軟骨相間, 雞肉層不是太嫩, 但軟骨很爽脆, 表面灑上了少少鹽調味。【汁燒白鱔】HK$68 白鱔表面掃上了甜甜燒汁, 鱔皮依然keep脆, 肉質鮮嫩有肉汁, 推介!【味噌茄子】HK$48茄子軟糯多汁, 味噌鹹香味突出, 夾集香蔥食, 稍為balance到鹹香度。【鰻魚炒飯】HK$128炒飯炒得粒粒分明, 很濕潤, 每啖都食到鰻魚汁嘅鹹甜, 配上鰻魚、蟹籽、紅蘿蔔粒、萵筍粒, 層次很豐富, 份量仲好多tim~【松葉蟹冷蕎麥麵】HK$68面層蟹肉碎帶少少鮮味; 店員建議將蛋漿倒入麵中令麵條更滑, 再點落醬油, 連同當中嘅蔥一齊入口, 為篙麥麵輕輕調味。而且加咗少少蟹籽, 增加了層次。【日式炸鮮奶】HK$68鮮奶炸皮薄, 雖不是流心餡, 口感軟糯又有甜甜地嘅奶味, 伴有雪糕球, 味道比炸鮮奶甜一點, 可因應自己喜歡嘅甜度點雪糕食, 很滿足。
