這火鍋店,按牛肉的級數劃分幾個價位的放題,我地係「經濟」主義者,揀了$268美國進口牛肉。除肥牛外,還包任食鹿兒島頂級黑豚肉、雞肉、各式火鍋配料、日式串燒和炸物、甜品和飲品,類別都好豐富。薄切了的黑豚肉不用烚太耐,所以口感仍嫩,完全唔會靭。肥牛既油脂及牛肉比例一半一半好平均,因為咁,每一啖都好滑溜。火鍋放題正常要有的瓜菜丸腸,這裡亦一應俱全,較特別的是迷您紅蘿白、日本大豆芽、山葵、萵筍,並不是每間火鍋放題都有。燒物有鹽燒、汁燒及味噌燒三種風味揀。䓤段豚肉卷和露筍腩肉卷燒得香口之餘,又不會太乾身,我幾鐘意食。炸物的選擇較少但有我鐘意的日本蕃薯仔,順便揀多大眾化幾款每款一件「捧下場」,外層粉漿脆且薄 ,食落又不覺油膩。又烚又燒,一餐兩味,價錢算合理。
