星期四放工後,朋友陪我去尖沙咀拎早前預定左既order, 再去揾餐廳食晚餐;最後我地揀左間專門食串燒既日式小店 - “高木炭火鳥燒”進食。店鋪同日本小店差不多,所以入面座位比較逼;如果有其他食客出入,大家需要注意一下啊!帶子:一串共有兩舊,帶子比正常size大粒;師傅將帶子燒成半生熟既狀態,食落外面香口,而入面保持住生帶子既鮮甜味;口感帶點特別!白鱔:一串共有兩舊,可見白鱔燒得香口,而肉質十分嫩滑和林林的。雞腎:一串共有四粒,雞腎比想像中好食;雞腎不會全熟,所以口感爽口!香蔥牛肉卷:一串共有兩舊,餐廳利用牛肉將大量既蔥一同包起;食落香蔥吸入左牛肉既汁,令整個串燒十分juicy和香口~鵪春旦:鵪春旦既外面燒過之後,口感煙煙unun;而入面系林林的,十分qq.烏冬:湯底爲醬油湯底,味道相對較重;而烏冬十分滑,二人分享的話,份量剛好。可以令我地更飽肚呢!
