今日黎到新開張嘅日式串燒店,估唔到已經咁熱鬧。店員安排我地坐bar枱,可以睇到廚師煮野食嘅情況。先黎前菜($20/人頭),新鮮開胃,第一次食牛蒡,口感特別。牛舌厚切($48),有1cm咁厚,初時有啲韌,但係愈後油脂嘅比例令到肉質變得柔軟又香口。明太子雞翼($28),入面包住咗滿滿嘅明太子!煙肉蠔卷($38),煙肉焦脆,蠔汁多到爆!除咗串燒之外,餐廳仲提供咗唔少日式菜。明太子蛋卷($58),一層層嘅蛋卷包住明太子,蛋卷香滑重奶味,明太子嘅鮮咸味令味道升華。牛肉稻庭烏冬($78),估唔到幾大碗。薄薄嘅牛肉鋪滿咗成碗,非常嫩滑。烏冬煙煙靭靭,配上牛肉汁湯底仲正。清酒煮大蜆($78),每粒蜆都好肥美鮮甜,酒味唔算太重,好適合我地食。總括黎講,串燒非常高質,用料新鮮,連其他日本菜都做得唔錯。服務質素值得一贊,店員笑容滿面,而且不時幫我地添茶~
