今日丫妹係觀塘返Part-time last day大日子, 於是等埋佢放工食返餐, 預祝佢黎緊快d搵返份full-time job。今晚由佢選址, 帶咗我去中海日升中心嘅一間日本菜餐廳。餐廳環境企理, 正好晚市開始時間, 唔洗等位就可以順利安排入座, 店員指用餐時間只有一小時。呢度有沙律、刺身壽司、串燒、小食等等....我地揀咗幾款share食。【溫泉蛋松葉蟹肉野菜沙律】HK$40沙律菜、蕃茄仔、瀉出蛋汁嘅溫泉蛋、蟹肉碎、蟹籽, 另上甜酸醋汁, 自行加入調選自己喜歡嘅酸度, 清新開胃。【海膽溶岩】HK$48餐廳手工菜, 以紫菜包住海膽丸, 外層為天婦羅炸皮, 鬆脆不油, 海膽丸略彈牙, 餡料流心鮮甜。【甲羅燒】HK$68蟹膏跟蟹肉比例差不多, 再放了日本青蔥、蟹籽, 自行加入鵪鶉蛋撈埋一齊食, 口感黏滑, 味道鮮甜又有層次。呢度嘅串燒亦很出色。【牛舌】HK96/兩串每片牛舌都有d厚度, 爽彈juicy, 表面平均灑上黑椒, 惹味推介!【明太子醬燒玉子】HK$52/兩串甜甜玉子暖暖地, 其中一面搽上明太子醬, 鹹鹹地, 不過明太子打成蓉, 冇咗原本嘅層次, 似乎想刻意襯托玉子嘅香滑。【

晚市限定款, 飯卷包住了青瓜絲、天婦羅炸蝦, 面層佈上了火灸三文魚同埋三文魚籽, 層次豐富, 入口首先食到面層淡淡魚香, 再食到深層次嘅炸蝦, 皮還是脆脆的, 隻蝦仲幾爽。

【燒帆立貝】HK$68
帆立貝切成小粒狀, 方便share食; 反而個汁幾有驚喜, 甜得黎有少少辣, 細味帆立貝都食到原本嘅鮮甜味, 令整體味道提升不少!
