好耐之前同朋友嚟過呢間工廈的串燒小店,估唔到隔咗一段時間,另一批朋友又約我再來一次。今次我冇遲到,可以好認真咁睇下呢度有乜好嘢食。今次比較特別,我哋嘗試左半打生蠔。廚師推介左兩款時令品種,我比較鍾意右邊法國嗰款,質感比較軟滑。另一樣幾特別嘅係前菜三小碟,分別有枝豆、鮑魚同芥辣八爪魚。我最鍾意食芥辣八爪魚,而朋友仔就最鍾意食枝豆,都算係一次過滿足晒我哋三個願望。串燒方面,大致上都幾好食,當中亦有幾款印象比較深刻。首先係燒牛舌,估唔到小小的串燒店都有咁厚切的牛舌食。跟住係呢個煙肉青椒卷,蘆筍卷就食得多,煙肉包青椒真係第一次食。好欣賞佢個煙肉冇燒焦的感覺,仲保留左唔少油份,配合青椒特別的清蔬味,balance得好好。燒豬頸肉最特別就係佢個醬汁,介乎泰式海鮮醬同中式酸辣醬中間,令人幾難忘。雞泡魚乾亦同我哋食開的日式有點點唔同,少咗啲啲甜甜醬料,多咗少少香脆的感覺。煙肉芝士大啡菇唔使多介紹啦!一直都係我的最愛,呢度亦做到份量足,入口滿足感爆棚。各款燒蔬菜亦算新鮮,而且火候控制唔錯,唔會太乾身。最後絕對值得我哋一讚的就係炸香蕉,令我哋眼前一亮!估唔到香蕉都可以炸,仲要咁好食。薄薄的炸粉被炸得香脆,

最後絕對值得我哋一讚的就係炸香蕉,令我哋眼前一亮!估唔到香蕉都可以炸,仲要咁好食。薄薄的炸粉被炸得香脆,咬開係熱燙軟滑的香蕉,香蕉的甜味經加熱後濃度更高,有一種食緊零食又食緊甜品的感覺。

小店整體環境唔錯,食物選擇多而且質素中上,但價錢亦不貴,係一個傾計聚會唔錯的選擇。
