壽司廚師發板食得多,串燒發板第一次。感覺好特別,又好食。首先係鱈魚片,薄而脆,蘸沙律醬更好味。雞肉串,伴以溫泉蛋,滑上加滑,肉味濃厚。冲繩海雲配青魚,青魚甜美,海雲酸酸咪咪,開胃。蛤蜊好鮮甜,湯汁滋味!牛脷好正!軟熟質感。建議蘸少許辣汁更好味。採用意大利青瓜,加了少少明太子。食時可灑點檸檬汁或竹炭鹽。簡單而有趣。外層蛋皮,內餡蟹肉,炸得鬆脆,蟹肉的味道表露出嚟。燒白鱔製作繁複,蒸完再燒,加入柚子皮,所以吃起來特別香脆。鹿兒島黑豚配蝦醬,中日合璧,有驚喜。最後一道菜是昆布清湯米餅,湯底清甜,米餅有嚼口。甜品燒菠蘿,採用冧酒和黃糖煮成,提升菠蘿甜度,正!
