收工去開大埔墟,有朋友介紹,太和間串燒幾正又唔貴,又有手工啤飲,所以兜一兜黎試下。店內唔多位,4張枱,十多個位。亦都有戶外位,不過天氣熱都無乜人坐。叫左支手工啤,梨味無咁甜,酒味唔算好重,好易入口。香草芝士焗雜菌,一啲都唔淡,芝士唔多所以無搶走啲菇味,再加上香草吊味,味道一流!雪花牛肉串同和牛串,兩者肉味都好重,和牛因為夾住大蔥燒比較香,而雪花牛肉就燒得比較淋。鹽燒牛舌,唔算好厚,所以食落唔韌好爽口。鹽燒同蜜糖雞翼,一啲都唔乾,咬落去啲肉汁仲漏緊出黎,不過蜜糖再落多少少會更好味。原條黃立䱽燒,好香,始終燒魚都會有啲腥味,不過唔洗落檸檬都接受到,始終落左檸檬就會搶左魚本身既味,所以建議大家試左先睇下落唔落檸檬。招牌茄子燒,唔少地方都有得食,不過大部份鋪都比較吝嗇放係上面既調味料。呢到就唔同,茄子上面既蔥蒜都好多,所以味道完全足夠。
