我想試八色小籠包已久,周六終於相約友人到尖沙咀分店。我們二人中午時間到達,被安排坐四人卡位,寛敞舒適。小食前菜的鹵水花生和栗子很粉糯,不錯吃,我們邊吃邊點菜。芝麻醬油麥菜- 先來個涼菜,第一次生吃油麥菜,很爽脆,點上芝麻醬清新。八色小籠包- 色彩繽紛,每一個小籠包都有18摺,每一款各有特色。順序食起,由原味開始、接著人參、鵝肝、黑松露、芝士、蟹粉、蒜香、最後到川味。我最愛黑松露和芝士,很fusion而且湯汁味道香濃。花蔬蒸餃- 每隻脹卜卜,蔬菜菇菌餡料清爽香濃,完全不膩,吃完一隻接一隻。揚州槽溜滑魚片- 這有驚喜,淡淡酒香,魚片厚肉,肉質爽嫩,完全不腥。如果玻璃茨汁薄一些更好。蟹粉炒飯- 味道不錯,炒飯底不過硬,茨汁足夠,能包住飯粒,但蟹粉偏少,加多些更滋味。宮廷驢打滾- 軟糯QQ,冰冰凍凍,黃豆粉香,紅豆香甜,很好吃。
