錦屏街新開了這間八目燒,仍在試業中,主打串燒,但亦有提供沙律小食,炸物,拉麵烏冬,及井飯等,款式都頗多,價錢合理。既然主打串燒,當然要試一下,有孜然燒九菜,雞翼,雞軟骨,雞腎及煙肉大蔥卷,整體賣相及味道都很好,燒得香口入味,雞翼肉汁滿滿,雞軟骨及雞腎就夠爽脆,燒得脆卜卜的煙肉包著大蔥可減油膩感。另外燒茄子,原條茄子切開一半,舖滿香蔥及蒜蓉,十分惹味。小食清酒煮硯,一客有十多隻,每隻都大隻厚肉,沒有沙,十分乾淨。牛油果蟹子沙律,用上半個牛油果跟青瓜絲,蟹柳絲及脆卜卜蟹子撈勻,再用牛油果殼盛上,更有隻蟹鉗仔放面,令整個沙律賣相分增加。我鍾意這個沙律不會用上太多的沙律醬,而是用上牛油果蓉,感覺更健康。
