話說今日去買午市外賣,十一點八行過,見佢開咗門就入去,老細招呼我搵阿姐幫我落單。叫咗兩個定食,阿姐話要等耐啲,我話無所謂你慢慢啦,跟住我喺近門口位坐低玩電話等外賣。到十二點零老細有事行開咗,個廚房師傅就開始鬧人,一開始佢就同阿姐講曬粗口咁鬧個老細未夠鐘就放個客入嚟(我望一望門口原來開十二點)湯又未煲好飯又未煮好咁,由於係開放式廚房間舖又唔大,我每一句都聽得清楚,阿姐聽佢鬧自己又鬧埋一份。而我一直都無催過佢,其實佢要慢慢整係無問題反正我預咗等。但佢就不斷咁鬧越鬧越大聲鬧埋我一份,真係唔知得罪佢啲乜。各位,哩條街隔離大把好嘢食,有串燒有日本野有便當有拉麵,間間態度都好好,得哩間當客人係狗,我就永世唔會再幫襯。 continue reading

錦屏街新開了這間八目燒,仍在試業中,主打串燒,但亦有提供沙律小食,炸物,拉麵烏冬,及井飯等,款式都頗多,價錢合理。既然主打串燒,當然要試一下,有孜然燒九菜,雞翼,雞軟骨,雞腎及煙肉大蔥卷,整體賣相及味道都很好,燒得香口入味,雞翼肉汁滿滿,雞軟骨及雞腎就夠爽脆,燒得脆卜卜的煙肉包著大蔥可減油膩感。另外燒茄子,原條茄子切開一半,舖滿香蔥及蒜蓉,十分惹味。小食清酒煮硯,一客有十多隻,每隻都大隻厚肉,沒有沙,十分乾淨。牛油果蟹子沙律,用上半個牛油果跟青瓜絲,蟹柳絲及脆卜卜蟹子撈勻,再用牛油果殼盛上,更有隻蟹鉗仔放面,令整個沙律賣相分增加。我鍾意這個沙律不會用上太多的沙律醬,而是用上牛油果蓉,感覺更健康。 continue reading
