乾蒸牛肉燒賣($32)口感好特別,好軟綿好gel(有可能係啲免治牛撻到起膠),牛肉味係有嘅。加少少喼汁吊味更好。脆皮沙嗲牛肉包($30)最後一款上枱,即炸,熱辣辣。包的確係脆卜卜,有少少似炸饅頭,但油咗丁丁。裡面沙嗲牛並唔係牛肉片,係牛肉碎。沙嗲味唔算濃,但夠味的。薑蔥牛柏葉($33)推薦。薑蔥汁夠哂味,牛柏葉索哂啲味,而且牛柏葉煮得好好,有咬口,彈牙,但又軟身。可惜墊底兩件白蘿蔔,有一舊係“腎”嘅。荷葉黑椒牛仔骨飯($52)牛仔骨夠腍(但疑似用咗鬆肉粉),有牛味,唔算太肥,但有兩件骨比較大,冇乜肉食。飯底勉強合格,因為少少偏濕。鮮蝦炸雲吞($29)唔太得,雖然脆卜卜,但好油。中間包嗰隻蝦唔算大隻,亦唔爽口。老火湯(大)胡椒豬肚湯($12)夠哂胡椒味,驅濕驅寒驅風。除咗豬肉、豬肚,仲有用白豆煲,較少見到。$6位茶,冇收加一,只收現金。
