去左雅士餐廳食飯,優雅白色外牆,古堡式圓拱配暗色玻璃,黑色雕花圍欄,令人一見難忘。聽說餐廳屹立聯和墟將近半世紀,見證住整個粉嶺既發展。餐廳供廳既菜式與太平館餐廳有幾分相似,都係以扒餐、鵝肝、焗田螺、燒春雞及沙律為主。是次叫左燒春雞配薯菜,友人叫左牛扒餐,套餐包了餐包、紅/白/周打蜆湯、餐飲與懷舊啫喱甜品。燒春雞配薯菜: 春雞嫩滑,比想像中大隻,女士未必食得晒牛扒餐:肉汁鮮美,生熟適中周打蜆湯:有驚喜,忌廉湯底配有少少黑胡椒粉味,令蜆既鮮味進一步提升不過埋單兩人要接近500, 係同區同類菜式上,實屬偏貴,而且食材同廚師功架與一街之隔的平民美食Itamomo差不多,這間主打情懷既餐廳應該面臨不少競爭。
