雅士餐廳是粉嶺聯和墟的一間老字號西餐廳,於1981年開業。當時附近有多個英軍軍營,餐廳主要招待洋人和富裕的圍村居民,被視為新界最高級的西餐廳之一。80年代是雅士餐廳的全盛期,每月都有軍營包場開派對到凌晨。餐廳見證了香港殖民地時期的繁華,也經歷了時代變遷。雖然客源已從洋人轉為本地街坊,但雅士餐廳仍保留了懷舊的裝潢和菜式,成為粉嶺的地標之一。重陽節去和合石掃墓之後,來到這裏吃午餐,雖然餐廳的菜式也是傳統的茶餐廳菜式,但在這個充滿以前香港風情的裝修下吃飯,特別有feel。菜式簡單但不馬虎,例如是焗肉醬意粉的高溫和上枱時表面的渣渣聲,再加上蕃茄味調得酸甜平衡,意粉口感夠爽也夠乾身。同樣的水準也應用在炒出前一丁及蕃茄牛肉湯通粉,處理麵條的口感和湯醬的味道上,也有着以前茶餐廳的嚴謹和執着。作為前英軍愛光顧的餐廳,炸魚薯條同樣是必然之選,魚肉結實有肉香,炸皮爽脆,厚薄適中而且均勻,薯條是港式的波浪薯條,同樣外脆內軟熟,簡單的茄汁就已經足夠。Deleux Restaurant, established in 1981 in Fanling’s Luen Wo Market, is a historic

Deleux Restaurant, established in 1981 in Fanling’s Luen Wo Market, is a historic Western-style eatery.
